Kayak
Summary
- Kayak, donated by a friend who found it in their backyard. Observations
- holes plus small and big cracks on both the top and bottom
- bottom holes have been ‘fixed’ by adding half a meter of PU foam on each side

The progress so far:
- Remove pu foam
- Plugging the hole from the inside and outside (matching the v shape at the bottom)
- Remove excess resin
- Templating the wall with polycarbonate sheets (using this also a buffer later on)
- Templating the deck hatch with cardboard (lowered) including the ability for water to drip off
- Templating the deck hatch with polycarbonate sheet
- Adding resin to templated polycarbonate sheets (hatch and wall)
- Fitting in deck hatch
- Fitting in with epoxy resin of deck hatch
- Hatches ready for sanding (rest of top is already sanded)
- Cleared large cracks and filled with resin
- Plastered rest and sanded down (ready for painting)
- Ready for painting, but the weather is not. So until next year
